A NAATI translation is a translation completed by a translator accredited by NAATI (National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters). This type of translation is typically required in Australia for:

• Official procedures with Home Affairs and other authorities
  

It includes the translator’s signature, stamp, and sworn declaration, and is designed to meet the official standards required by Australian institutions.

A certified translation (also known as an “official translation”) includes the translator’s signature, stamp, and declaration, but it is not necessarily NAATI.

It is mainly used for:

We consider one page to be equivalent to 250 words. You can divide the total number of words in your document by 250 to estimate the number of billable pages. For example, 500 words = 2 pages. For scanned or image-based documents, our team calculates this for you before confirming the translation price.

It depends on the type of visa, but usually required translations include: identification documents (passport, ID card), birth certificates, academic certificates, police checks, employment letters, work contracts, and bank statements. If you are applying for migration to Australia or Skills Assessment, payslips and financial records are also commonly translated.

Translations are delivered as PDF files via email, ready to upload to Home Affairs portals, Skills Assessment platforms, universities, or employers. Physical printed copies are optional and only available in some cases, mainly for certain NAATI translations that require them.

We accept bank transfer, card payments, PayPal, and international payments outside Australia.
