REFUND POLICY
 

Since translations are customized products, payment is required for any work completed up to the moment of cancellation. Our refund policy complies with the regulations set by the Queensland government in Australia. For refunds on purchases made through the website and payments with digital invoices, a 4% deduction will be applied, corresponding to the payment gateway fee.

 

Below are the terms and conditions for refunds in specific scenarios:


1. Order Discrepancies
If any discrepancies are found in the order, such as incorrect page count, wrong service selection, or inaccurate personal information, and no resolution can be reached between both parties, a full refund will be issued.


2. Immediate Cancellation

  • Orders Placed Online
    If a refund is requested within one hour of document submission, 100% of the payment will be refunded.

  • Orders Based on a Prior Quote
    If the order was placed based on a prior quote and the refund is requested within one hour of placing the order, a full refund will be issued.

 

3. Refund Requests for Ongoing Translations

  • If a refund is requested while the translation is less than 50% complete, the work will be stopped immediately, and 50% of the payment will be refunded. You will also receive the portion of the translation that has been completed.

  • If more than 50% of the translation is complete at the time of the refund request, no refund will be issued.


4. Dissatisfaction with Translation Format and Style
Refund requests based on personal preferences regarding the format or style of the translation will not be accepted. Our translators are experts in their fields, and style may vary depending on the professional assigned. This does not impact the accuracy or quality of the translation. Therefore, no refunds will be given for this reason.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at ordenes@entrelingo.com or contact us via WhatsApp by clicking here. Be sure to include the reasons for your request. We will review your case to determine if it meets our refund conditions.


Refund Process
Once your refund is approved, we will forward the request to our finance department to process the refund. This process may take 5 to 7 business days to complete. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank's timelines.
